Conversation Killers

Conversation killers which need to be avoided :

(1) Immediately blame the other person for not getting the result you want.

(2) Put them on the defensive by asking questions intended solely to magnify the mistakes they made.

(3) Allow your tone to reveal your frustration over what has happened and your current unwillingness to move forward and solve problem.

(4) Resist the suggestion that you did not effectively establish the expectation in the first place.

(5) Threaten them with the remainders that you can easily replace them.

(6) Communicate to them, verbally or non verbally, that you have lost all faith n their ability to get the result.
